Micromed developed the first ambulatory EEG system in 1982 and have been developing and manufacturing innovative and reliable ambulatory devices ever since. While implementing the latest technology and input from field experts, we have continuously improved the performance and usability of our systems, supporting our commitment to meeting the needs of physicians, technicians and patients worldwide.
With 34 channels and weighing less than half a pound, the Morpheus recorder includes wireless intelligence to automatically switch between wired, wireless and “no connection” modes to allow truly continuous recording without losing a single sample of EEG data. Ideal for home use, it is also optimal for in-patient studies, with uninterrupted recording for 48 hours or more.
Micromed systems are designed and tested to minimize downtime. Components are sourced to ensure long product life cycle, high reliability and system performance.
Its minimal size and weight make Morpheus ideal for both adult and pediatric patients. The wireless function makes setup and verification easier and the system automatically starts recording without the need of an external PC.
The complete system is available with Full HD video (1920 x 1080) with Infrared that starts recording by simply opening the camera cover. It is the easiest system to use on the market, and simplicity is key for the patient experience.
